So I was reading the most recent issue of Life & Style magazine and as I was flipping through the pages, I read some very funny and interesting new about some celebrity news.
One little section read that Russell and Kimora Simmons' daughters Ming Lee and Aoki (ages 7 and 4) had launched their own clothing line, yes basically toddlers. I think it is absolutely ridiculous. I mean honestly, who's clothing line is it? Well, I know for a fact that it largely Kimora and Russell's. Who's getting the money? The parents are, and even if they aren't and putting the money away for their daughters, the girls don't even need the money. It will simply be pocket change since I highly doubt that they will be the next Marc or Kors. Opinions?
Oh and the Simple Life has been canceled after 4 years. Yes, I have to admit, it was a guilty pleasure of mine but... I am not sad to see the show gone. I hope a better show will fill their spot. Does anyone think that Nicole's possible jail time and pregnancy has anything to do with this, I think so. I really can't say much for the show, it was all staged. I don't even think it was the real Paris and Nicole, I think it was mainly acting and some good directing.
Now onto some interesting news, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are "in the talks" of having their own reality show. The show will include them planing their wedding and what-not. Supposedly their inspiration was Nick and Jessica. Ha that's horrible. Didn't N&J divorce shortly after their Newlyweds show and some what blame the failing of their wedding on the show? Now that's something interesting. TiVo it poeple.

Ha! I won a raffle

As you already know, yesterday I had purchased the MAC brushes from Nordie's. Well, they were holding a raffle and you were eligible to participate if you spent $50 or more at MAC, and since I had, I entered. So the raffle was fairly simple, I filled out a simple form and walked over to a table of baskets and boxes to drop the form into. The baskets were what was being raffled and they had a good variety of products. Some were Clarins and Smashbox, and some men skincare, as well as this one basket of Bliss products including FATgirl SLIM and a few other things in it. The basket is valued at over $100 dollars (hehe). So I dropped in my ballot for the bliss products not thinking much about the whole thing being that I never win anything, not even Bingo. Well little did I know a Nordstroms representative called me today and told me that I had won! I was thoroughly excited. I know it's corny but I never win things, ever! So later on I will post the products that I won and give you a summary of each and eventually rate them once they are all tried. I have to go get ready, I will be picking them up shortly! I can't wait.

I decided that I would add up all of the regular price of the brushes and the total came to I think$142 dollars. It was such an incredible deal that I had to have them for myself. I'm a new MAC customer and I don't have too many products but, I know that I will be spending 90% of my money on MAC products from here on out. I really love Sephora and everything for skin care products as well as perfume but I'm not a huge fan of the cosmetics there, mind you I love NARS and Laura Mercier (spelling?), but the are quite a bit more more expensive for their cosmetics than MAC. You receive less makeup for money for the same quality (in my opinion) and I just can't do that right now. Also, I was on MAC pro and I was browsing the site and I realized that I really want to become a member. It's a great opportunity to expand my make-up product and but pro-items that I wouldn't normally have access too.
